J. Crew Tulip Skirt

Navy blue pleated tulip miniskirt from J. Crew. Mostly cotton and in good condition. The one flaw is a bit of white on the side (pictured)- though I think it will come out with a washing! Or easily hidden by shirt or belt :) please see measurements as I feel this runs a little small. A cute piece that can be styled in both summer and winter. Questions and offers welcome!
