stargirl98816 @joannaroe765 hi thank you for sharing the measurements but I’m confused because the other dress I found from another seller is size 2 and it’s 16” as well. Did you make sure that measuring take was placed from 0? Before since it’s size 00 it would very sad if it doesn’t fit me

joannaroe765 @stargirl98816 I doubled checked and it's 16" when pulling the fabric taut, but not engaging the elastic. I customize wedding dresses so I know how important it is to have accurate measurements. It is may be that the fabric was lying kinda loose on the size 2. What do you typically wear?
