The blouse features a 10.25 -inch V-neck, and a bit of gathering on each side above the waist seam. In the back, there's 1.5" of shirred elastic encircling only the back, with gathering underneath. The sleeves feature gently puffed shoulders, and a gathered peasant-style cuff that closes with a button (and there's an extra button attached. Everything gets tied up with a long (48" on each side) sash belt that emerges from each side of the blouse. The belt can be tied in front or in back.
