J Crew Silk Sleeveless Blouse black

I purchased new with tags on PM, and only wore once! J. Crew Natasha black silk ruffled sleeveless blouse. This blouse features tissue-like ruffles with a raw edge at the collar and sleeves, and a popover silhouette with buttons down halfway.
