I purchased new with tags on PM, and only wore it once to the office. The tags were removed, but it’s still like new. Sleeveless J. Crew Natasha blouse, in black silk with ruffle detail. This blouse features tissue-like ruffles at the collar and shoulders. The ruffles have raw edges. Popover silhouette with buttons down halfway.
