J Crew Black Ruffle Tank Top 100% Silk Size 12 Has straps plus off the shoulder ruffled sleeves. The straps have snap loops for bra straps to keep them from showing, so you don’t have to wear a strapless bra. The straps were altered to be shortened about two inches, but stitching could easily be undone if you wanted straps to be original length.
