J. Crew Seersucker Striped Ruffle Shorts, blue and white stripes

Size 2 Women’s. Blue and white color striped seersucker cotton material. Ruffle trim along waist and 2 front pockets. High rise fit with hook bar & zipper closure. It has 2 red pen marks on the side and inside of button closure in front; it is barely noticeable (please see photos for said flaw). Otherwise in excellent preowned condition. No other stains, tears, or holes.
