This NWOT J. Crew Seersucker Ruffleneck Mini Dress is made of 100% cotton. It is a lightweight dress in a turquoise/mint green color (depending on lighting) with 3/4 peasant/balloon sleeves and a peplum hem.
It has pockets, a side zip, and an elastic, scoop/ruffle neckline with fabric adhesive on the shoulders to help hold in place.
