J. Crew- Ruffle-collar mini dress in painted daisy print, size 10

Flirty, black ruffled 100% viscose dress with red floral print and accents by J. Crew. This dress is short and runs small, there is zero stretch, so I would say it’s more like a size 8 (which is why I categorized it as an 8 even though it is a 10) than a 10. It’s new with tags but I did notice a small hole on the upper back/shoulder area when I was taking a picture of the tag (hole is pictured). Measures about 30” from shoulder to hem and 17” from armpit to armpit.
