J. Crew Navy and White Striped Midi Dress 0-2p

Chic midi silk shirt dress with navy and white stripes. NO BELT. Lined. Tag size 4p but it runs small, so I listed it it 0-2 petite 100% silk shell No signs of wear. Like new I wear size 2-4p and it is tight in the rib cage. Approximate measurements in inches: ptp -17 waist -13.5 shoulders- 14 length top shoulder to hem -41 sleeve length - 9.5 bottom sleeve opening - 6 Non smoke home, no artificial scents.
