About 21” from armpit to armpit about 17.5 where elastic is at waist but stretches to about 23” about 39” from back of neck down to the hem long. Flowy and perfect for fall. Long sleeves with ruffle at end. Loose elastic at waist. Mandarin collar with 5 buttons down. Mostly black witb white pansy looking flowers. I bought this this new but only wore it a couple times. Found in my closet and if I’m not going wear it then pass along. Smoke free home.
