New flawed; has elastic (?) strings poking out from the knit, both front and back. See last 2 pictures for examples. I thought they were lose fibers, but when pulling they are stretchy. Not super noticeable, but not sure how they''ll handle wear/wash. Care tag says dry clean. Neck tag has been crossed over with a black marker. Measurements in the pictures. Fits slightly big based on customer reviews.
