J Crew Long sleeve blouse with pleated sleeves

This blouse is a gorgeous georgette material in a bright fuschia color. It has flowy pleated sleeves that end in a cuff and it has a keyhole button on the back of the collar. It's in almost brand-new condition. While I was photographing it, I noticed a pencil-tip-sized black spot on it. I actually think it's a flaw in the fabric rather than a stain, but you can see it in the image. It's tiny.
