J. Crew Icon Trench

This is it. The J. Crew 2011 Icon Trench Coat in Vintage Khaki, the ONLY trench you'll ever need. Luxury detailing in a classic style with preppy leanings. Timeless. Well-crafted. Made to last. There's a reason why I seek this trench coat out every time my sizing changes!! You'll find so many thoughtful details, like the navy underside of the collar which looks fantastic popped or adorned with a scarf. Inside there is a hidden flap pocket. The lining in a beautiful navy polyester that feels like silk. There is a rear vent so this coat stays put as you move. The outer shell is coated and soft to the touch. It's not totally waterproof but it is water resistant giving you time to find your umbrella should a drizzle start! Even the sash is beautifully double stitched around the edges and button holes, with thoughtful brown detailing on the buckle. Ditto the pockets, beautifully stitched and deep but without adding outer bulk. If you didn't know the brand you'd think this was a $1,500 trench. I can't say enough good things about it!!
