bseblgrl13 @teasmilesandsun Hi! I’m so sorry for the delay. Laying flat, and with it zipped up the bust measures 18 inches across. Laying flat from the top of the shoulder to the bottom is 23 inches, it’s slightly longer in the back at 24 inches. I hope this helps!
