Coat is in excellent condition; the only signs of wear that I find upon inspection are in the armpit areas (it is minor, please see pics); the jacket is from 2012, so before the decline in quality; coat is a slim, tailored fit; coat is dry clean only and needs to be cleaned; it hasn’t been worn in 10+ years
