J Crew Cowl Neck Navy & White Striped Sweater/Hoodie Size Small

EUC sweater/hoodie with front pouch. This sweater looks great as a cowl neck sweater but if you're in the mood for a hoodie the cowl turns into a hood, but no draw string. There is an area on the front that looks like a snag but I don't think it is, I think its just the material. Approximate measurements: 18.5" chest, 25.5" length
