J Crew Blue Silk Cocktail Dress Wedding 10

Rich blue silk classic by J Crew. The actual color is less bright - more like the close-ups. I bought this when losing weight - I kept losing and it is unworn, NWT. It was meant to wear with the Kate Spade shoes I have listed. Lovely yet seductive. It wants to party! Size 10. Polyester lining. Measurements are approximate: Shoulder strap to hem: 38.5” Waist width: 15.5” Top of back zipper (top of waistband) to hem: 26.5” I am 5’5” and it is just below my knees, but everyone is different.
