assuming the waistline is 13.5” across the top, but could you show the measurement? I am seeing different measurements for JCrew Sz 27”, one being 15” across the top. 🤷♀️ thx

@ellenh427 I added 2 photos. Unstretched at the top, it’s 13.5”. Farther down on the waist, it is 14”. The fabric is stretchy.
