They are corduroy with goldtone zippers at the ankles and at the front pockets. They are a size 24 and the approximate measurements are as follows (laying flat): Waist: 12.5" Hip: 16.5" Inseam: 28" Rise: 8" Leg opening: 4.5" They are 56% cotton, 37% modal, 6% polyester, 1% polyurethane. Machine washable.
