Handmade by Janet Bolick Calhoun of Traditions Pottery * Rebecca Pitcher. This is a smaller version of the Rebekah Pitcher. They will vary in height and slightly in size between 3 to 3 1/2" tall A card with the Bible verse and the history of the shape comes with the pitcher. The card reads; Genises 24:45 "Rebekah came forth with her pitcher on her shoulder, and she wnet down unto the well, and drew water" The pitcher has also been called a Roman Pitcher or a Goose Neck Pitcher.
