Iz Byer Polka Dot Blouse

Satin black blouse with tiny white polka dots that has black sweater vest sewn on top. No need for layering ;) Sleeves have elastic at the bottom is for a slightly puffy effect. The bottom & top of the blouse have functional buttons as well. Worn a couple times. Still in great condition and comes from a smoke free home. Size M
