Absolutely stunning formal gown from Ivy City Co. I bought this dress from its original owner, but I have never had the opportunity to wear it, tag is still intact. Back features slight smocking to allow for some stretch. This dress feels heavy with a tulle underskirt to provide shape to the long skirt.
