Ivory/off white blouse with black polka dots size large. Brand new but no tags.

Ivory/off white long sleeve blouse with black polkadots. Sheer sleeves, but does have a camisole under shirt. Stylish tie at the bottom of the shirt. Keyhole at the top of blouse. Size large from Beacon Appeal. Never worn but no tags. Very nice quality but just looked odd on me.
