Very cool and unique accessory, possibly handmade Pierrot ruff collar. The ivory organza is trimmed with black overlock stitching and a black velvet ribbon tie closure. I could see it with a black corset or gown; maybe with burgundy gloves or other accents.
The collar length is 16”, the entire length from the ribbons end to end is 49”.
