This is something I would wear for evening wear, holiday get togethers, or other dressy occasions, even to church. It's very soft and not heavy. I feel like this is an older piece, but I see no flaws and it doesn't show signs of wear that I can see, so it may not have been worn very much. Someone took care of it.
