What does the tag say for the country it was manufactured in? Also, is it 100% cotton?

@k9malachi I believe it is 100% cotton, but it’s been washed and dried before so it won’t shrink( it was my daughter’s). But I’ll dbl check. And I’ll chk to see what country it was manufactured in.
