Light blue and white striped skirt by Ivanka Trump. This pull-on skirt has a wrap front with a ruffle bottom tier, an elastic waistband in the back, and is lined. It is just below the knee in length, depending on where you wear the waistband. It is pre-owned, with a small light spotting on the front center top, and a small yellow dot spot on the front ruffle. Size 16. 100% Cotton. Dry Clean. Measurements, laying flat: 17 1/2" wide, across top of waistband 23" - 28" long, the wrap front tapers from shorter in the front to longer at the sides and in the back.
