Italy Moda V Neck OS Dress from France Cocoa Brown NWT

bought in Perpignan, France. Free form one size fits all dress. V neck with twist at front and sleeves that have button and tab for long or 3/4 sleeves. Dark cocoa brown. Front hem is shorter than back.
