Italian silk, ragged ruffle bohemian pants

these pants are almost too much fun and they start with a fold over waistband in a soft stretchy rayon. That will stretch easily to 19 inches. The pants are embellished with a series of raw sedged. Silk giving them a very bohemian feel. They are lined that sheer silk is lined with a soft rayon. In excellent condition one size fits most but truly these are best on a small or medium.
