Italian button down dress

Purchased at a local boutique in Florence, no brand or fabric tag. Fabric has a silky feel but is probably polyester. Easy slip on dress for any occasion. MIDI length with a belt that can be tied in front or back. Can be work as a dress or as a long cover over a jumpsuit or other outfit. Has been worn many times, some snags throughout though looks like part of the pattern
