These boots were a staple for me at one time, I hurt my ankle month ago and this heel is a hard one on me. So I really hope someone will love these as much as I did - I bought these at a fancy boutique while traveling in Colorado. Things to mention about the boots: insole is becoming loose (not sticking) shown in images - the boots just need a new insert/sole on the inside. Zippers work great on each boot. Remember the best boots are the ones that have been previously walked in - these are worn in - in all the best ways.
