Italian Cameo Silver Pendant and Pin

Beautiful and delicately carved cameo with lots of detail. It's set in a silver setting, marked 825. There is a ring clasp and a hook ring above so it can be worn as a necklace. This master carved carnelian conch shelll was made by a skilled Italian artisan. Sea shell cameos are made only in Torre del Greco, near Naples, in Italy. I believe this cameo was bought in nearby Sorrento. It does NOT come with a chain.
