thebohobrunette Is this safe to use while on a diet? I'm currently on Atkins and am interested in this because I want to grow my hair out fast. I've been using biotin and it isn't working like I want. @kgreen7

kgreen7 I have to be super careful w that question! This is a dietary supplement and I took it while I was on a diet. I was fine and I felt great! I feel that it really works w my hair strength and growth. :) @mels130 btw I just saw this comment so sorry for the delay!

kgreen7 @heathermchain i got a perm and damaged my hair so bad that I had to get it all cut off so I used this and I saw a big differences in my hair. I guess everyone is different but I swear by it!
