jchapp2006 @funattic Fabulous. So, this is, admittedly, the first time I've checked my acct in several days. My daughter is, again, in the hospital; and I pretty much shut everything down in the interim. You arent the only person who hasnt received their order; I dropped six orders off in the bin at the post office because I got there 2 minutes after closing time. I have had to do that several times and never had a problem before this.

funattic @jchapp2006 you just have to click on your sales page and where it says shipped...the tracking # is there! Then we can BOTH see what is going on!

jchapp2006 @funattic It says sold, not shipped. Which is what the other orders i dropped off that day say. I think someone took them out of the bin. When i went to download your label again; it says expired.

funattic @jchapp2006 go to your account/ my sales/ order status/it will say delivered/shipped/pending acceptance. Click those messages. In your case shipped. Click shipped it will show a little truck at the bottom click shipped and it will give you the details. If it says sold than you never printed a label??? You told me you shipped oct. 5th. You forgot to put on vacation mode! Check your email if you can reprint a label from there. You have many of these for sale and it still shows it's for sale?????

jchapp2006 @funattic It does show sold on my end, and does even adter a label is printed. The status doesnt change to shipped until the P.O. scans it. I put yours, and 4 other orders in the bin and they never got scanned. I think they were picked up by someone...dont know if its a p.o. employee or not.

brookejohnson @funattic @jchapp2006 just so you both know, I’ve sold things where it took days for it to say it even shipped, then it would all of a sudden say it was delivered at their home. @funattic if you never receive a package, I’m sure Poshmark would take good care of you.
