Issey Miyake sleeveless navy blue T-shirt

18” arm to arm 25” long 16” waist without the cinched buckled. (Varies with buckles). Very small hole on bottom near front right hem, see pics. I believe this to be from the parachute collection but I’m not positive. Very rare find.
