Issa London Royal Engagement Wrap Tie Silk Jersey Dress in Blue Size 4

This is the Royal engagement dress from Issa in the same color that Kate wore. Comes with a side zip and wrap tie 100% silk, Jersey material. Purchased in 2013. Worn once but please note there are some imperfections. Dress was hand washed after first wear and recently dry cleaned before listing. Hand washing may have contributed to flaws. - Mild piling in certain parts (see pics) - Mild discoloration on certain areas (see pics) - Two small stains on one sleeve (see pics) I have tried my best to document these imperfections in the pictures. Measurements: Shoulder across: 15” Chest across: 15” Length: 42” Please note dress is stretchy jersey material so there is some give beyond these measurements.
