Isobella & Chloe raincoat jacket coat, size 5T, used

Great condition, no tears. There is a green stain on the end of the left sleeve, looks like marker. No other signs of wear. Has a warm lining, so can be used as a regular coat or a raincoat. Snap closure in the front. Lots of ruffles in the front. Material is very shiny and the darker spots on the picture are shade. Very hard to take a picture.
