Lying flat, waist is 14” and dress length is 32” which is more suited to petites 5’4” and under. Only worn a few times and in great condition. No signs of wear. Cute dress to wear during summer with ruffles along the sleeves and bottom of dress. No care label is on there but I believe it is viscose.
