Isabel Sanchis Diseno-Costura Cape - it is as pictured does not come with dress

Size 42 = US sz 8 Cape is in excellent condition but does not come with dress or brooch. It only comes as pictured. measurements are made with item laying flat measurements are close to exact but still approximate shoulder to bottom is 39" (see pic) top of shoulder to shoulder is 17" (see pic)
