The thigh circumference measures 20.5" (10.25" laying flat) The circumference at the knee measures 17" (8.5"laying flat ) and the circumference at the ankle measures 12.5" (6.25" laying flat ) Please note I just dropped the price and will not be accepting offers for the boots as this is the lowest I will go (see description).
