The bottom of the boot says EU 40, which equates to US size 10. are these really a size 40/10, or are they a 39/9?

@katieblaze Yes, I paid $550 and I have never used them because my husband bought me very similar new ones. If I sell them cheaper (with the commission that the app takes) I lose a lot 🤷🏼♀️
