This is the most amazing, stunning dress by the French designer Isabelle Allard. The shoulder are padded. The sleeves are puffed at the shoulder to the top then taper in as they near the wrist. There are 2 velvet buttons at the wrist. V-neck plunging neckline. Front and back have a semi-sheer mesh across the chest which is outlined by a beautiful, scalloped velvet trim.
