There are slit sleeves that have open sections as shown and are gathered at the cuff with elastic. There is a tie and loops at the waist. So pretty and ready for ANY kind of event or work!! I would call it Chambray, but it could be denim!! They are so close! 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex. Machine Wash. Excellent pre-owned condition with no stains, tears, holes, or other damage noted.
