This Isaac Mizrahi for Target swimsuit is two pieces and the top has a halter strap around the neck that ties to adjust. Light, removeable pads in the top. Bottoms are bikini style and the faux belt is not adjustable. Front of bottoms are lightly lined. Bottom and top are both size medium. Measurements: Bottoms measure about 15” hip to hip. Top measures about 14” pit to pit. Length is about 9” from seam under breast to bottom. I would say it fits B/C cup.
