Irregular Choice Dr. Seuss Thing 1 Thing is

New, never been worn. They are so cute but I know I will never wear them. These are a size 40 according to irregular choice a size 40 is equivalent to a 9 US. I have included the size chart from there site in the picture. I am a size 8.5 and they fit me fine. Please ask any questions that you may have.
