Known for his easy, fresh food, Michael Symon’s story is nothing short of rags to riches. He was a wrestler. A line cook. And, in 2007, an Iron Chef. All the recipes within the pages of this book reflect what he calls “heritage” food (based on the recipes beloved by his Greek-Italian-Eastern European-American parents and his community in Cleveland.
