Irish Spring Green Ruffle Blouse

Beautiful design for a blouse. All green with dainty floral design, and ruffles down the front. Wore it a lot to work! Still in incredible condition. Lauren Conrad did amazing with this design. I am typically a Medium but they were out of my size and I NEEDED TO HAVE THIS! Bought XL and rocked it.
