Iris red and black peplum dress

Semi-formal red and black peplum dress by Iris size small. Has cap sleeves and looks like a red top with a black skirt. The red material has black velvet/velour flocking designs and black lace at the back. Zips up the back, dress length reaches above knees. Material stretches. Worn once, in excellent condition. Gives fancy goth vibes. Comes from a smoke-free home with dogs. Thanks for looking in my closet!
