Iris & Ivy grey and Pink Lace seersucker Kids Dress 18 months

Beautiful lined cap-sleeved gray & white seer-sucker dress trimmed with a pinkish lace (approx. 3.5") wide across the front waist. It's stitched down pretty nicely so as not to roll up, but should be touched up with an iron occasionally. 4" of tulle material is sewn to the outside of the lining to help the skirt stand out. It will NOT touch skin and itch.
