Iris & Ivy Black Velvet Dress with Green Accent

Elegant black velvet dress by Iris & Ivy. Features red flowers and has attached red “petticoat”/slip. Only worn twice, no/very minimal signs of wear. I will throw in the red stockings with the dress. Smoke free and cat free home, dog friendly but not allowed upstairs or in bedrooms/closets. Great dress for the holidays and special events!
